Register's extensive range of livestock
The private sales register, established by Harrison & Hetherington during the absence of live ring sales during 2001, contains an extensive list of livestock both for sale and wanted on a nationwide basis.
Harrison and Hetherington has maintained the register for those wishing to use an alternative method of trading other than through the company’s sales centers. If you have stock to sell and would like to use this method of trading please send details and if possible photographs to mark.jefferson@borderway.com
During 2009 private farm to farm and farm to abattoir sales remained buoyant with more than 19,000 head of stock sold.
All Harrison and Hetherington Auctioneers and Fieldsmen are involved in the register and a contact number is available with each lot on the website.
