New development ‘vital’
A three-day public inquiry into the H&H Group's plans for an £11 million hotel and offices on Rosehill, Carlisle, was told that the development was "vital" for the future prosperity of the city. James LittleJames Little is the first trainee to be taken on by Harrison & Hetherington's farmstock division in a number of years. Aged 16, James has been working in Borderway Mart's main office for the past six months and has now successfully completed his probationary period. His ambition is to be an auctioneer.
