Farms sold

Properties sold by H&H Bowe this autumn included Bruntwood, a 282 acre grassland farm suitable for dairy and beef was well received. Guided at £1.2 million it sold well in excess of this price.

Eycott Farm, Berrier, Penrith,was sold as a whole. The vast area of this property, 1,169.60 acres, generated interest from many parts of the country.

Maisongill Farm, Great Asby, Appleby sold at auciton. The successful bidder had been one of the first to look around the farm and will continue to farm along with his family.

Keisley Farm, Dufton, attracted interest from many areas of the country. As the vendors requested the property be sold as a whole, it was subsequently sold to Messrs Wharton.
