Farm plastic management – don’t miss out

H&H customers can continue to take advantage of the on-going offer of a £30.00 discount off the normal cost of a Solway Bin and five Liners.

For £220.00 + VAT Solway will supply the bin, liners, delivery and a Farm Waste Policy. The bin and liners are used for the segregation, compaction and storage of different waste farm plastics. For example 250 bale wraps can be compressed into one liner. Liners can be dropped off at H&H marts on the pre-arranged collection days or Solway will collect from each farm.

The policy is an A4 folder that provides the basis for a farm waste audit and there are spaces for Waste Transfer Notes and Exemptions. The policy will build up to be an evidence folder produced for farm inspections. Brain can also help farmers complete their registration of agricultural waste exemptions that need to be completed and returned to the Environment Agency by May 15.
