The RPA has now released details of the mechanisms for notifying amendments to Rural Land Registry Maps. All mapping changes will from today need to be notified to the RPA on the RLE1 Form, writes Tim Parsons, of H&H Bowe. This is the same Form as the one that the RPA is using for the transfer of entitlements. All land that is claimed under either the Single Payment Scheme (SPS) or one of the Environmental Stewardship Schemes (ESS) must be registered on the Rural Land Register (RLR). An RLE1 form will need to be completed when:-
You do not need to apply for new field numbers or areas where fields are only temporarily altered. RLE1 Forms have to be requested from the RPA's Customer Service Centre (CSC) as they will come personalised with individual farmer's details, and you will be sent only those parts of the form relevant to your circumstances. The RLE1 forms can be requested from the RPA website or by phoning the CSC on 0845 603 7777. Both services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When making contact you will need to have your SBI number, holding number and Business details available. It may be advisable to order several at a time. When sending in a notification of field change it is essential to send supporting maps. H & H Bowe is assisting with completion of RLE1 Forms and has a professional team to advise on all aspects of the Single Payment Scheme and Environmental Stewardship Schemes. | |||||||||||
