in Teesdale Prize Show and Sale of Suckled Calves

Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held their annual Prize show and sale
of 1,393 Suckled Calves at Middleton in Teesdale on Tuesday 8th November
2005. A
spirited trade ruled throughout with prices higher than had been anticipated,
the overall average levelling at £412.97 (- £20.72 on the
year).
Strong interest was shown for the show calves with seven calves exceeding
four figures.
