On Monday 2nd May 2005 at Kirkby Stephen Mart, Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held their annual Prize Show and Sale of 1,049 store cattle. Trade was strong throughout, the sale resulting in an overall average of £530.62 (up £17.25 on the year). The show sponsored by Eden Farm Supplies (Brough), Insem, I’Anson Bros. Ltd, Dugdale Nutrition and Littlefairs was judged by Mr Mark Hallam, Derbyshire who awarded the Championship to Messrs B R Lawson & Son, Buddle House.
