On the opening day of the Swaledale Sheep Breeders `D` District Ram Sale at Harrison & Hetherington Limited, St Johns Chapel on Monday 14th October 2002, an entry of 130 Aged Rams and 5 Shearling Rams met good demand from a strong representation of purchasers from Derbyshire to Scotland.
