Top call of the day was 1,600gns for a Crosemanor Commandeur daughter which sold in lamb to Strathisla Kingsway. Signing the cheque was Messrs Samuel of Upper Monkton, St. Weonards, Hereford.
Also on Messrs Samuels shopping list was a Stockton Rising Star daughter, again she was in lamb to Kingsway and 1,200gns was the purchase price.
Selling for 1,000gns was another Commandeur daughter in lamb to Strathisla Kingsway. She was knocked down to Mr CJ Holmes of Rookery Farm, Broadway, Worcester.
Guest consignor to the sale was Mr David Walker of the Galcantray flock based at Cawdor, Nairn. Selling to a top price of 700gns was a gimmer sired by Glenisla Sasquatch and in lamb to Stockton Rising Star
