SHOW AND SALE OF REGISTERED BLUEFACED LEICESTER SHEEP
THURSDAY 9th OCTOBER 2003

On Thursday 9th October 2003 at Lazonby Mart the Annual Prize Show and Sale of Pedigree Bluefaced Leicester rams was held.

Bidding peaked at £1,400 for a Ram Lamb presented by JH Bowman from his Midscale flock, a genotype R2 by a Lunesdale sire purchased by Messrs Smith, Disington.

The Champion Ram on the day came from Mrs HY Harrisons Birches flock, the R1 type ram was purchased at £750 by M Roberts, Myfyrian.

Overall average from rams was £337.09.
