Carlisle Shearling Gimmers

On Monday 5th September 2005, Harrison & Hetherington conducted their annual sale of North of England Mule Gimmer Shearlings. A catalogued entry of 3121 were presented to a well attended ring of buyers from Devon to Aberdeen. Trade was well accepted with the average being £84.02 slightly down on the year. The sheep were not in as much bloom on the year.
