On Monday 4th October 2004 at Middleton in Teesdale Mart, Harrison & Hetherington
Ltd held their annual sale of 5,064 uncrossed Swaledale Ewes and 386
gimmer shearlings.
Strong interest was shown for the quality and strong sheep resulting
in an average price of £65, up £2.07 from last year. Shearlings
averaged £62.73 (down £5.85).
