MIDDLETON IN TEESDALE MULE GIMMER LAMBS
On Tuesday 14th September 2004 at Middleton in Teesdale
mart, Harrison & Hetherington
Ltd held their Annual Prize Show and Sale of 5,663 Mule Gimmer Lambs
for NEMSA members.
A total clearance was easily effected with the average price only £4
below last year, levelling at £62.67.
The show sponsored by Carrs Agriculture Ltd, Barnard Castle was well
supported and the judges, Mr P Scoreby, Mr H Hutchinson and Mr A Teward
made the following awards:
1st – winning the G M Teward & Sons Perpetual Silver Cup – Messrs

V Brown.
2nd – Messrs H W Alderson & Son, Howgill Grange - £140
