On Friday, 9th July 2004 Harrison & Hetherington held their monthly sale of beef breeding cattle.

Cattle were forward in smaller numbers and were in the main of leaser quality. However, top notch units were again particularly good to sell topping at £1,500 for an exceptional heifer and calf consigned by Messrs Elliot, Glen Hush. Buyers were very selective and as a result were slightly easier than previous sales. Cattle in the bulling heifer section also met a keen enquiry selling to a top of £750.
