On Friday, 23rd January 2004 Harrison & Hetherington conducted their first monthly sale of the year of beef breeding cows and heifers with calves or in calf, bulling heifers and bulls.

A small show of just over 200 cattle set the cow and calf trade off to a flying start with a packed ring of customers ensured all classes met a strong demand.
