On Thursday 21st August, Harrison & Hetherington conducted their monthly sale of beef breeding cows and heifers with calves or in calf, bulling heifers and bulls. Another large entry of over 600 breeding cattle was forward. A poorer quality show of cattle still met tremendous demand from a ring of bidders drawn from country wide.



Good quality strong heifers were a bouyant trade with poorer quality heifers harder to cash.
