SALE REPORTS 2008

On Thursday 23rd October Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held the farm sale on behalf of Messrs Litt of Millstone Moor Farm, Redmain, Cockermouth. An outstanding turnout of people braved torrential rain and wind to see a marvelous selection of tools, implements and machinery displayed in tremendous condition. [report]

On Saturday 11th October, seasoned farm sale goers commented that the attendance at the farm displenishing sale on behalf of Messrs Dinsdale, Low Hall, Kirkby Stephen was the largest ever seen at a Cumbrian sale. [report]

On Friday 26th September, Harrison & Hetherington Ltd conducted a Farm displenishing sale of Pedigree Galloway Cattle and Farm machinery on behalf of CG & M Noble, Demesne Farm, Bewcastle, Carlisle. [report]

On Thursday 28th August, Harrison & Hetherington Ltd conducted a farm sale on behalf of Messrs Martindale of Sleightholme Farm. A massive crowd of local and buyers from as far a field as Northern Ireland ensured a flying trade. [report]

On Thursday 24th July Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their implement and machinery sale. A smaller show of implements were presented. The glorious weather attracted a large attendance of prospective purchasers. [report]

Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held an on site sale of Vintage & Classic Tractors, Machinery and spares on behalf of Mr K Stanley, Keld Farm, Croft Ends, Appleby on Saturday 21st June. [report]

On Thursday 12th June Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their implement and machinery sale. A good show of 672 items were forward. Buyers were in plentiful supply ensuring a trade exceeding vendors expectations. [report]

On Thursday 29th May Harrison & Hetherington Ltd conducted a sale of behalf of Mr J P Kirkbride, Thornley, Springfield, Gretna. A massive attendance of friends and well travelled buyers were out in force to purchase high quality animals and equipment at our evening sale. [report]

On Thursday 29th May Harrison & Hetherington Limited held their implement and machinery sale. A glorious day ensured a massive crowd of purchasers with several new Irish buyers. [report]

On Friday 16th May Harrison & Hetherington Ltd conducted a Farm sale on behalf of Messrs W&M Harrison of Clift House, Kirklinton. This small sale was well supported by locals, neighbours and friends with all items selling well. [report]

Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held their Annual Spring Sale of Implements, Equipment & Tools etc. at Middleton in Teesdale Auction Mart on Tuesday 13th May. [report]

On Saturday, 10th May 2008 Harrison & Hetherington held a sale of Agricultural and Vintage Machinery & Engineering equipment at Hollowcreek, Kirkandrews on Eden, Carlisle. [report]

On Thursday 8th May, A good show of quality implements were on offer with a large crowd in attendance. [report]

On Friday 18th April, Harrison & Hetherington Ltd conducted a Farm sale on behalf of Mr RT Bell of Croft Head, Ivegill. A large crowd of neighbours and friends gathered to ensure a great sale went ahead. [report]

On Thursday 17th April, A larger show of better quality machinery was forward thus resulting in a large attendance of purchasers. [report]

On Thursday 27th March A small show of 250 lots were forward with a large crowd of buyers in attendance ensuring a fantastic trade. [report]

Harrison & Hetherington Ltd conducted a Farm sale at Moordyke, Aikton, Wigton on Friday 14th March, being attended by one of the largest crowds ever seen at a Farm sale. [report]
