DECLARATION - I hereby certify that the particulars given by me on this Entry Form are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I agree to the sale of my animal subject to the Conditions of Entry in the Schedule and to the Auction Rules, Conditions of Sale and Sale Regulations of the Hereford Cattle Society.

An entry fee of £30.00 (£25 + £5 VAT) per animal together with the relevant Pedigree Certificate and health declaration must be forwarded to Harrison & Hetherington Ltd. Failure to do so may lead to non acceptance of entry.
