Our Service from farm to farm
Clients can have the option to select their animals; you will be collected from the airport by our partners and then visit the prearranged farms. If requested we will accompany you from the UK or Ireland on your buying trip.
If time is precious we have the expertise to make the selection for you, and we can select to any criteria and standard requested.
Following selection the animals are inspected by official Ministry veterinarians and exported from an official collection barn with all the necessary EU health certificates.
We use the best and most luxurious cattle trucks in the business. Before loading the trucks are bedded with a deep bed of straw and sawdust and have plenty of feed and water is on board. Most of the drivers have agricultural background, are very experienced and in handling dairy cattle.
Health Status
We guarantee that all animals imported are from TB free countries.
For a number of years, most countries in Europe have been very active in trying to eliminate a number of cattle diseases from their national herds. Most of the herds we buy from are now certified free of IBR, BVD and Lepto with a growing number now under a National Johnes program.
We would advice farmers to vaccinate new imports on arrival with a multi-vaccine to protect them from infection from your existing herd, as most herds in the UK are not in any official eradication program. We can also administer the first vaccine before transportation if so desired.

Robin Loxam
Robin started his career in the dairy industry on the family farm milking the renowned Carrlox pedigree herd.
He has been importing Black & Whites for over 30 years, his Canadian imports were extremely successful for their new owners in the UK resulting in numerous National Champions. He is an official valuer for DEFRA and is currently on the National Judging Panel, he has judged extensively throughout the UK, North America & Europe.
Robin is the sole UK agent for Heemskerk BV, the partnership has worked well for the last two years with the combined experience amounting to over 60 years.
