A entry of 38 OTM cattle were forward at Kirkby Stephen Mart on Monday.
A wonderful trade was achieved for all classes of cows once again, with
trade being sharper on the fortnight.
Topping at 125.5p/kg (£1016.55) was a Limousin from Messrs Beck, Town
Head. Leading the dairy section at 98.50p/kg (£735.80) was a cow consigned
by Messrs Bainbridge, Bonnygate Farm. Many more cows could have been
sold.
