store and breeding sheep / On Wednesday 17th November Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held the
final sale of Store & Breeding sheep within Lazonby Mart where a
good entry of 561 sheep was forward.
Tups sold to £100 for a Swaledale Shearling from M/s. Pearson, The Faulds.
Mule Gimmer Lambs met a good demand selling to £77 from J B Summers,
Milescott.
Store lambs were yet again selling at fantastic rates to cap off a great
season’s trading within the mart, topping today at £65 for Texel lambs
from M/s. Makepeace, Black House.
