Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held a sale of Store Cattle at Middleton in Teesdale on Tuesday.  A smaller entry of cattle met a strong demand with averaged rising by £57 per head from the March sale.

Two loads of Heston bales of wheat straw sold at £9 per bale.
