CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 Dogs to be sold in guineas. Commission 5% + VAT.

2 50% of the entry fee + VAT will be refunded upon sale of dog.

3 Catalogue information is as supplied by the vendor.

4 Dogs to be sold as seen.

5 Registration documents and transfer forms must be handed to the auctioneers prior to the sale or dogs will be sold as unregistered.

6 At the fall of the hammer the vendor will hand over the dog to the purchaser who will then be responsible for it.

7 No dogs to leave the field without a pass slip being issued from the office.

8 TERMS: Accounts to be settled on the day of the sale.
