Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held the Annual Cowper Day Horse sale at Kirkby Stephen Mart on Saturday 22nd September 2007 where there were 405 horses, ponies and foals entered for sale.

A great selection and excellent sale was witnessed by a bumper crowd, who saw a black mare with a piebald colt foal sell for 3,750gns, which is a record price for this sale.

The strength of the trade was reflected in 39 horses selling for over 1,000gns with an average of £789.52 plus £106.29 on the year.
