Kirkby Stephen Mule Gimmer Lambs

Harrison & Hetherington held their Prize Shoe & Sale of Mule Gimmer Lambs at Kirkby Stephen Mart on Friday 12th October 2007 where there was an entry of 7,000 head.

The prize were sponsored by Eden Farm Supplies, Ewtag Sheep Tags, Long Marton, Dugdale Nutrition, New Breed UK and Carrs Billington Agriculture.

Judging was ably carried out by Mr M Dickens and Mr M Watson. The Following awards were given:-

1st & Midland Bank Trophy J 7 S E Bainbridge, Dousgill £65 to Messrs Walton, Hellifield

2nd I R Cousin, Gillcumber £70 to Messrs Davidson, Penrith

3rd W & C W Dent, Greenriggs £54 to Messrs Davidson, Penrith

4th P Brown, Oak House £69 to Messrs Wagstaff, Rugby

5th D Alderson, East Lowfield £60 to Messrs Brown, Bedale
