Dispersal sale of FRIESIAN & HOLSTEIN FRIESIANS
For Messrs R & M Hunter, Thorney Scale, South Stainmore, Kirkby Stephen

On Wednesday 6th December 2006 Harrison & Hetherington Ltd held a dispersal sale on behalf of R & M Hunter.

This herd of commercial Holstein and Friesian cows were sold to a good ring side of friends and neighbours which gave a top price of £1100 going for a Catlane Cheddar heifer sold to M/s Whitfield, Balladoyle Farm.

Two other cows at £1020 were purchased by Messrs Donald, Lamonby Hall and Mr Birbeck, Castle Hill, Kirkby Stephen.
